What IndieGauge does
IndieGauge connects your iPhone to IndieGauge hardware over Bluetooth Low Energy so you can set up your gauges and see the readings they report. It works with IndieGauge's own sensors and Sensor Hub. It does not connect to your vehicle's OBD port or ECU CAN bus.

Third-party gauges, sensors, and OBD or CAN adapters are not supported.
What the app can do today
- Discover and connect to IndieGauge hardware over Bluetooth Low Energy.
- Configure gauges and sensors, including calibration, units, warnings, themes, layouts, and visual settings.
- Display live readings received from your IndieGauge hardware.
- Let you choose an image from your device as a custom gauge background (where enabled in your version of the app).
- Store your configuration and chosen images on your device.
Not part of the current app
Features such as data logging, GPS-aligned driving sessions, user accounts, cloud services, purchases, and subscriptions are not described here as available. If any of them are added later, this page and our policies will be updated before or when they launch.
Safety
IndieGauge is an informational tool. Readings depend on correct installation, sensor condition, wiring, and calibration, and may be wrong or delayed. It is not a substitute for your vehicle's factory warning systems, professional inspection or maintenance, or safe and attentive driving.
