1. Acceptance
By accessing, creating an account, or using GridUno, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the GridUno Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use GridUno.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the Last updated date and, where required by law, provide additional notice. Continued use of GridUno after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use GridUno. If you are under the age of majority in your location, you may use GridUno only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity through your account except to the extent caused by our failure to meet our legal security obligations.
Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized account use. We may suspend or request re-verification of an account if we reasonably believe its information is false, outdated, or fraudulent.
4. Permitted Use
You agree to use GridUno only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- interfere with the operation, security, or availability of GridUno;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data;
- upload malicious code or reverse-engineer GridUno except as permitted by law;
- harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate, or misrepresent affiliation with another person or organization;
- scrape, mine, or abuse the platform outside access we explicitly authorize;
- submit falsified results, tamper with verification or timing data, or circumvent GridUno verification systems;
- use GridUno to organize, promote, or facilitate illegal street racing or other unlawful activity;
- infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person.
We may investigate and take appropriate action, including content removal, warnings, feature restrictions, account suspension, or account termination.
5. User Content
If you submit content, profile information, vehicle details, photos, event activity, results, feedback, or other materials to GridUno, you remain responsible for that content and confirm that you have the rights needed to submit it.
You grant The GridUno Corp. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and use that content as needed to operate, improve, protect, and support GridUno. We may sublicense that content only to service providers who help us operate GridUno.
If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.
6. Events, Organizers, and Third-Party Activities
GridUno is a software platform that helps drivers, clubs, tracks, brands, and organizers manage car meets, track days, competition events, registrations, waivers, check-in, results, and leaderboards. GridUno is not the organizer, operator, safety supervisor, or insurer of events listed or managed through the platform.
Events are operated by independent organizers, clubs, tracks, or venues. They are responsible for event safety, supervision, permits, insurance, and compliance with applicable law.
Motorsport and automotive activities carry inherent risks, including serious injury, death, or property damage. If you register for or attend an event through GridUno, you are responsible for reviewing and, where required, accepting the event-specific waiver or release presented by the organizer.
GridUno provides tools for submitting, classifying, publishing, disputing, correcting, and displaying results. We do not independently verify every submitted time, result, ranking, or organizer decision, and we are not a party to disputes between participants, organizers, tracks, or other third parties.
7. Ownership
GridUno, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, features, and related materials, is owned by The GridUno Corp. or its licensors. GridUno marks and logos may not be used without prior written permission.
8. Payments
If GridUno offers paid features, subscriptions, purchases, or partner placements, applicable price and billing terms will be shown at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise. Third-party payment providers may process payments under their own terms.
9. Third-Party Services
GridUno may use or link to third-party services such as hosting providers, communications providers, app stores, payment processors, analytics tools, or login providers. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability.
10. Service Changes
GridUno is under active development and may be offered as a beta, pilot, or early-access service. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of GridUno at any time, including features, pricing, access, or availability, except as required by law.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to GridUno if you violate these Terms, create risk or possible legal exposure for GridUno or other users, or use the service unlawfully. You may stop using GridUno and request deletion of your account at any time through the in-app Privacy Center, the web Privacy Center, or [email protected].
After termination, some records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy, including official results, audit records, waiver evidence, security records, and legally required records.
12. Disclaimers
GridUno is provided as is and as available, including while offered as a beta or pilot service. To the fullest extent allowed by law, The GridUno Corp. disclaims warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free service, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant the safety, conduct, legality, or outcome of any event, or the accuracy of organizer-, staff-, brand-, or community-submitted content.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, The GridUno Corp. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, personal injury or property damage arising from an event, or service interruption.
Our total liability for claims related to GridUno will not exceed the amount you paid to us for GridUno in the 12 months before the claim, or PHP 5,000 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The GridUno Corp., its officers, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of GridUno, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your participation in any event, to the extent the claim does not arise from our own gross negligence or willful misconduct.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute will be handled in the proper courts of Cavite, Philippines, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
