This Privacy Policy explains how The GridUno Corp. collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects information when you use GridUno. It is written for the GridUno website, web app, and mobile app.
GridUno is designed for automotive communities, events, vehicles, registrations, waivers, results, leaderboards, brand partnerships, and support workflows.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of GridUno, and information supplied by event organizers or other authorized users where relevant to your participation in an event.
- Account information, such as display name, username, email address, password credentials, profile details, and account status.
- Vehicle and event information, such as vehicle details, custody records, event registrations, competition class, check-in status, waiver acceptance, official results, and verification status.
- Photos and uploads you choose to submit, such as profile photos, vehicle photos, event photos, track images, and approved promotional creatives.
- Usage and support information, such as feature use, preferences, in-app activity, support requests, audit activity, and notification records.
- Technical information, such as IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, app version, crash or diagnostic logs, cookies, and similar identifiers.
- Payment or transaction information if paid features are offered. Payment providers may process full payment details under their own policies; GridUno does not need full card numbers to operate the core product.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to operate GridUno, manage accounts, provide event registration and check-in, record waiver acceptance, publish results, maintain leaderboards, verify accounts and vehicles, process support requests, improve performance, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
We also use limited information to show privacy-safe public pages, such as published events, approved organizations, approved brand pages, public driver profiles, public vehicle records, and official result records according to the user's privacy settings and the event's publication state.
4. Sharing of Information
We share information only as needed to operate GridUno, comply with law, or support user-requested workflows.
- Service providers that help us operate GridUno, such as hosting, storage, communications, security, support, and payment providers.
- Event organizers and authorized event staff, to the extent necessary for event registration, check-in, waiver, roster, safety, results, and dispute workflows.
- Other users and public visitors, limited to information you choose to make public or that is published as part of a privacy-safe official event, vehicle, organization, brand, leaderboard, or result record.
- Legal and safety recipients when required by law, legal process, government request, or when necessary to protect GridUno, users, rights, safety, or property.
- Business transfer recipients in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or sale of business assets.
We do not sell personal information for money.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
GridUno may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, protect sessions, understand usage, improve performance, and secure the service. You may control cookies through your browser or device settings, but some features may not work properly if cookies are disabled.
6. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide GridUno, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and keep business records.
Some records may be retained after account deletion where needed to preserve official competition history, event integrity, waiver evidence, audit evidence, security records, dispute records, or legal compliance. Where we retain those records, we limit them to what is necessary for that purpose.

We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss will never occur.
If a breach occurs that requires notification under applicable privacy law, we will notify affected individuals and authorities as required.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, export, correction, deletion, or other action for personal information tied to your account.

If you cannot access your account, contact [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
9. Children
GridUno is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact [email protected] and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
10. International Processing
If you access GridUno outside the Philippines, your information may be processed in the Philippines or other locations where our service providers operate, subject to appropriate safeguards.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the GridUno website with a new Last updated date.
