01 · THE MENTAL MODEL
Organization → season → round → class.
Every competitive result on GridUno traces back through the same four-level hierarchy. An organization runs a season (a series of rounds scored together for a championship), each season has numbered rounds (each one a real, independent event with its own venue, registrations, and leaderboard), and every round is split into classes so a Street car is never ranked against a Pro build. The rest of this page walks down that hierarchy one level at a time.

02 · THE DEEP DIVE
Classes, leaderboards & standings.
This is the part most platforms flatten into one list. GridUno keeps five separate leaderboard types, a five-tier verification ladder, and a strict rule that different competition classes are never ranked against each other — enforced the same way whether you're looking at one round or an organizer's entire history.

What about brackets?
GridUno doesn't have a separate tournament-bracket UI — drag_racing and bracket_racing are first-class competition disciplines, but they run through the exact same class → leaderboard → standings mechanism as every other discipline, not a head-to-head elimination tree.
The closest thing to a "bracket" in the data is a class's own configured time bracket — see the Bracket Night event below.

03 · BEHIND THE BOARD
From a raw time to an official record.
Manual entry, CSV import, corrections that never overwrite history, formal protests with a full lifecycle, and a seal step that makes a round's results immutable-by-revision. This is the organizer/track-admin side of every board above.
Round finality: provisional, sealed, reopened
Sealing locks a round against silent edits — further changes need a reasoned correction, and the board shows Final everywhere it appears publicly.
Seal round resultsOne deliberate action, with the consequence spelled out before you take it.
Correcting a resultA correction on a published result creates a new revision with a required reason — the prior value stays in the record, marked superseded.
